In-Home Counseling Services for Elders
Rhodes Senior Consulting Services LLC is an approved Medicare provider of emotional support/counseling services/clinical social work for elders. All services are provided by a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in the field of aging. Appointments are generally 45 mins-1 hour. Counseling services are covered under Traditional Medicare Part B Benefits. If your Medicare part B services are provided by a Medicare HMO/Advantage plan, your services with Rhodes Senior Consulting Services, LLC may/may not be covered.
$75-$140/session* (These services for elders are most often covered under Traditional Medicare Part B and supplemental insurance or payable by cash, check or credit card if no other billable insurance is available.)

About Our Services for Elders and Families
At Rhodes Senior Consulting Services, LLC we are committed to providing professional, individualized, and compassionate counseling and consultation services to elders and their families. Sessions are by appointment and scheduled for evenings and/or weekends. Appointments are conducted in your home and may be covered under Medicare Part B, other insurance or billed privately. If paid for privately, payment can be received via cash, check, or credit card. Services are available primarily in Western Wayne County and Washtenaw County, by appointment only. Sessions may be provided on a one-time or ongoing basis, based on your specific needs.
In-Home Consultation Services for Families/Caregivers
Families and Loved Ones/Caregivers may benefit from one-time or ongoing in-home consultation appointments to obtain insight, create a plan for care, or obtain general support regarding their own personal coping or how to manage their loved one's needs/changes. Caregivers may often find it difficult to leave their loved one alone to attend an appointment outside of the home.
Private Informational Consultations: $100/hr
(Private Consultation-only appointments are generally not covered by insurance.)

*Note: As a Medicare Provider, we are able to bill Medicare for billable services provided to you and are paid directly, on assignment, from Medicare. You may be billed for any normal deductibles or co-payments that your insurance program requires for our appts. Rates for consulting services with Rhodes Senior Consulting Services, LLC are subject to change. Updated service rates will be posted to this website. Services may be provided on a one-time or ongoing basis and can be discontinued at any time by either the client or Rhodes Senior Consulting Services. It is the responsibility of the client to assure that the home environment is safe for in-home sessions and provides the level of privacy that the client desires. Rates are based on length and type of session scheduled...we will bill your insurance if appropriate. If you do not have a billable insurance to cover your need, our services will be billed to you privately. Due to the travel time involved in our service delivery, we ask for at least 8 hours notice for cancellation of appointments so that we can adjust our travel schedules/appts.
